Natural, sustainable and healthy. That’s why all our products are free of additives and have natural origins for all ingredients. And our craft goes further, as the structure and texture of our bread are due to the authentic stone-baking method. Baking on a stone floor gives our bread a crispy crust and a wonderfully airy interior, full of character.

Our expertise
