We make our delicious products in a traditional artisanal way that stands for luxury and quality. Based on traditional baking with the use of local and natural ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This craft begins with the selection of the best raw materials. We choose local grains and seeds for our sourdough bread. We create flavorful and authentic products according to our unique recipes. Natural, sustainable and healthy. That’s why all our products are free of additives and have natural origins for all ingredients. And our craft goes further, as the structure and texture of our bread are due to the authentic stone-baking method. Baking on a stone floor gives our bread a crispy crust and a wonderfully airy interior, full of character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
